The Greater Manchester (GM) Youth Health Agreement is a guide for young people to use so they know what care and support they should expect when accessing health services in Greater Manchester.
The GM Youth Health Agreement was created in collaboration with members of Bee Heard, a project delivered by Youth Focus North West.
So, if you’re aged 11–19-years old, what can you expect when you use a health service such as going to see your GP or having a dental check-up in Greater Manchester?

Hear from Bee Heard:
“The GM Youth Health Agreement is important because it lets young people know they are receiving the care they deserve. It was made for young people, by young people.”
I am not happy with the standard of care I received
There may unfortunately be times when as a young person, you feel like a service hasn’t quite lived up to the standards of the GM Youth Health Agreement. If that is the case, our patient services page can help you raise any concerns, get advice or make a complaint.
